CONTEST DATES
The contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on June 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on July 30th, 2008. All entries must be submitted and received within this time period. Any entries not received within this time will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER
Enter by completing and submitting a contest entry form as described below. Must provide all information as provided on the entry form. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, misaddressed or misdirected due to technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable internet, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access the website or online service, or any other technical error or malfunction. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this contest.

Online Entry: access www.DCHHONDAOFLEMONGROVE.net and complete all required fields on the online contest entry form and submit as instructed online. The online entry must be submitted and received by the Sponsor's server by 11:59:59 P.M. PT on July 30th, 2008. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the holder of the email account will be the person who submitted the entry.

ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to legal residents of California, who are 18 years of age or older as of June 15, 2008. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, or affiliates and such employees' immediate family or household members are not eligible to win the contest. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected in a random drawing among all qualifying entries, conducted by Sponsor on or about July 31st, 2008. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. If a selected winner is not eligible, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. The one winner will receive a gas "gift card" good for one year at select retailers for up to a cumulative total of $2,300 toward the winner's fueling of his or her vehicle, as measured by at the pump price in effect at the time of fueling. Sponsor makes no representation that gas card will furnish all or any particular percentage of the winner's gasoline requirements for a year or any other period of time. For reference purposes, a $2,300 gas card would provide approximately 15,000 miles of highway driving assuming an average cost of $4.03 per gallon on a 2008 26 MPG Highway vehicle.

The gas card is not transferable or redeemable for cash and a prize substitution will not be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to select any card issuer and/or card network or to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the gas card. All additional expenses including but not limited to federal, state, and local taxes on the card, fuel, or purchases are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is required to comply with all terms and conditions of card use and possession imposed by the card issuer and/or card network generally applicable to its card holders. Sponsor shall have no responsibility respecting issues related to the card after it is awarded to the winner, such as transaction processing and accounting, all of which will be handled directly between the card issuer and the winner.

The winner will be notified that he or she has been selected by telephone and/or e-mail. If Sponsor is unable to contact the winner to notify him or her that he or she has won by July 31st, 2008, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, for any reason beyond the Sponsor's control, the Prize  may be forfeited and a substitute winner may be selected by random drawing.

The winner will be required to present valid identification and to sign a Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release by August 31st, 2008 in order to receive the gas card, which must be picked up by winner from Sponsor by August 31st, 2008. If the winner does not fulfill these requirements, the gas card will be forfeited and a substitute winner may be selected.

General Conditions
If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts of threatens the administration, security or integrity of the contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the contest or any portion of the contest. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. Information submitted in entries, including entrant's name, address, e-mail address, etc., may be used by Sponsor for marketing or promotional purposes.

By participating in this contest, you agree to have your name, photograph, voice, biographical information, and likeness used in any and all media for promotional purposes relating to this contest or future similar contests without further compensation or notice, except as prohibited by law.
